The trail runs from Radziszów to Siepraw, starting in the Bronaczowa Forest. In its north-western part there is the Kozie Kąty forest reserve, set up to protect an area of a natural mixed forest (among other trees containing fir) in the western part of Pogórze Wielickie. It is a part of the Bronaczowa Forest whose botanic composition shows a high similarity to the natural forest which once covered Pogórze Wielickie.
